39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

I have attached pictures of the casement window crankcase that needs to be replaced. It is an Entry Gard Truth 3084IL which I believe corresponds with Swisco part 39-031 and 39-032. I could not obtain an exact measurement for the long arm but it appears to be 10" and the short arm is 4 7/16". Will y ... (cont.)

I'm looking for a similar operator, it looks like it could be the 39-031 operator, however, I need a flat profile steel roller instead of a nylon roller. It is a entry guard truth stamped operator. Every dual split arm operator I've seen has the nylon roller but I need the steel roller...please se ... (cont.)

This is an operator for a right-hand window, I need the same type for the left-hand. The only writing I can see on it is "Truth Entry Gaurd". Is this enough information with pics or do I need to completely remove it?

Hi, The window can open without problem, I need to crank with one hand and push in to help it close. This window opens towards the right. It says Truth Entry Guard 30841L. The gears are worn out and will not engage. Lookin go for this part so my handy man can replace the broken one for one of my tenants. Thank you, Kristina

Casement window is aprox 26"w x 44"h left hand open. crank gear will open but not close. Only marking or numbers is a KK on the plastic cover. Please let me know if you need additional information. Thankyou

It won't open up or close.. I have to push it by hand to start it, and get a grip on wood to pull it completely closed

Not the arm, the screw thing in the middle of the photo comes out when cranking shut the window.

Needing to replace worn out window cranks. They say ENTRYGARD TRUTH, and the number on them is 30350 I attached photos for reference! Very excited to find your site!! I was told you cannot replace the crank/arm!!
