Awning window with side crank. Spiral gear might be stripped. Doesn't stay inside crank shaft.

This part is from a truth window opening hardware set. The window opens but does not close because this part does not latch onto the parts that cranks. I believe this part got stripped due to lack of lubricant over the years.

hello I have two pairs of windows with these operators. Two have now failed and I would like to replace all four. They are "Entry Guard" 31538 and the one that is pictured also has a large "L" stamped on the arm.

Hello. I am looking for replacement mechanisms for left & right windows. One of each (2 windows total). They are Brosco windows installed about 33 years ago. The round flat gears are stripped on both windows. Please help!Thanks Much,Jack

We have 2 old cranks that are broken. Both the same and likely original to the house 1974.

Need to repair my window hardware. I have 1985 Marvin wood casement windows. We thought we found the correct hardware but I wasn't exactly the same as the old.
