Hello- We have truth window hardware (we think from the 1980s) and the small part that goes into the crank handle appears to be damaged so is no longer catching the gear properly to crank the window open. Some part #s on the Truth entry guard- 30842R; 20810 and 30744. Need left an right for 22" windows.

Track #30752A. Arm # R30842. Crank does not close window anymore. Just backs itself out of assembly.

We are looking for this crank, but have been unable to find something similar.

I just bought a number of the biege 14 1/2" tracks, and they are not going to work. This is a simpler track, with a cutout in the bottom to allow the operator "wheel" to snap in place. Four #7 screw holes, and not much else to distinguish it. I need a dozen or so. Thanks!

Does Sisco have a replacement product for the casement operator arm in the attached pictures?

The brand looks like "Truth" On the base is the number 403272. On the top arm is the number L30841 On the back of the sentry guard arm is the number 30470LH

Need help to find the proper cranks. They don't close anymore. I have to pull on the window while cranking it closed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
