The webpage legend labels this item left-hand mechanism, but the picture sure looks like a right handed one. Same on the right-handed item on your site. Can you confirm which product code goes with which handedness?

One of Pozzi casement windows (installed in 1989) suddenly stopped closing properly. The worm drive screws out instead of closing the window.
