Hi, How are you? I need to replace the left window operator. It works if I take the crank cover off, but does not work with it on. The pic of arm is the right operator. Also what color is the cover? I need it for the right window when looking outside from the inside of room. Window is 42 1/4" x 17" ... (cont.)

Truth Casement window operating system. Plate number. 40471

Entry guard truth 40754 - casement window operator, bracket attached to window is 11" long. Gears no longer engaging in closure, handle works its way out of mechanism. Need to replace.

We have casement windows that were installed in 1972. The hardware for the windows is an unusual shape and there is a 'pin' that should sit on top of the arm that holds the hardware in place that allows the window to open. Unfortunately, we cannot find the type of window - there are no markings on t ... (cont.)

It says Truth. I think the number is 20810 but I am only sure about the first 3 digits. I can open the window but when I go to close it, the mechanism that connects with the gears begin to unscrew out of its casement. I don't know if I just need part of this or all of it (?) When turning the handle, the gearing attached to the handle spins itself out. Is this part broken or is a part missing ?

I would like to replace with new ones. See attached pictures. The house was built in 1990 so I assume the original parts are from around that time. I have two windows needing parts. The first is an operator that needs replacement. The second is a casement whose hinge broke. Attached are pics of the left mates but the damaged ones are both right side. Can you help identify proper parts? TIA

I am looking for a crank mechanism for my Vetter windows. There are no hinges on the window just the crank mechanism the bottom and a piece at the top of the window that I would need as well. We have a stripped/cracked Caradco bathroom window opener. The window measures ~ 12.5" W x 31" L. Since we are unable to open the window, we are unable to see any numbers, etc. We did find the word TRUTH as shown in picture above. Any help would greatly be appreciated. This handle appears to be stripped, and no longer engaging with the gears

Need 2 left and 2 right. The numbers are stamped on the arms. 40754 on the long arm, and 20810A on the short arm.
