I need to figure out what trim and cranks these are or find something that would work in place of the 10 we are missing. Any chance you could help me out? Thanks so much!

Hi I am replacing my window operators from 1982 Pozzi windows. I have installed a new Jeld Wen window recently and like the operator on that window. I believe the operator can be used on the existing windows. Can you identify this casement window operator? Mark

This 25 year old window has swollen and become difficult to close. The operator shaft gears stripped when too much pressure was used. Look to replace two window cranks #1 30472 RH 11" from center screw hole to end of arm. Arm 20755 is 3 3/4" #2 30470 LH 11" from center screw hole to end of arm. Arm 20755 is 3 3/4" Please note for some reason it will not let me upload photos. E-mail me and I can send.

the handle says Thermal Gard. the inside gears say Truth. If you have these parts can you help me order them?

I need a casement window operator replacement. It is a "Truth" brand and from your pictures it appears to be part # 39-031? Can you confirm. Also looking for (8) "tee type" crank handles for the same operator? Can you please assist? thanks! Gerry

We are looking for (4) Left hand and (4) right hand handles and (8) covers for the type of window above. Please let me know if you are able to locate the type of window this is. Thanks!

Crank does not operate. Shaft comes off with handle. Will not operate window. Need new mechanism.

Thanks for posting. See either our 39-031 & 39-032, or our 39-155 & 39-156. Compare the dimensions of both sets of operators with your old hardware to see if either is a close match.

Entry Guard window crank L3084 maybe L30841. Cranks to the left and window opens to the right.
