turning handle broke off completely from window mechanism

Need some help with replacement parts for older windows with openers. The twist screw that the handle attaches to is loose and does not stay in place...will not engage the wheels to open the window. Team - Attached is a crank assembly which the gears are no longer working as the gears are striped. I'm looking to replace the entire assembly this way I can avoid future issues.
