Looking for this window crank

the mechanism was "hidden in the window frame. I have several windows where these are stripped I ccant close the window only openthe arm says entry guard Truth 20810the length is 4 and 1/2

The window opens fine but the crank spindle backs out when i try to close it. questions 1. Can just the spindle portion be replaced? 2. Can a different crank system/handle be installed for this window ( prefer a folding style) 3. Cost for replacement parts for both items

I need to replace the operator in the above photo. The following numbers and names are stamped on the operator in various locations: 40254, 30710, 20544, EntryGard and Truth. I believe the operator is a 39-031. Please confirm that part number is correct. Thanks in advance.
