Hello. As you can see in the photos it is a Truth EntryGard. To my novice eyes it has three arms, a long one which is attached to the center of the window sash and two more which are attached to the top and bottom of a piece at the bottom of the sash. The housing on the window operator crank cracks after many years of useage, so the worm gear no longer stays engaged when torque is applied. I need 6 of these crank mechanisms. Do I need to buy the entire window operator assembly, or can I just buy the crank mechanism? Whatever I need to buy, I need ... (cont.)

The stem of my right window is loose and will only crank the window open. When I try to crank it to closed, the metal stem the handle connects to come out of the housing. It's lose.

As an example, have Lincoln windows with Truth Entry Guard operators. One has arms stamped R30842 & 6091. The hinge posts look to be non-adjustable. Please confirm that this is a NON-adjustable operator. If correct, then is there a replacement operator that IS adjustable?
