Hello,The cylinder broke off of my Nuprime window hardware and I'm hoping to find a suitable replacement. The base plate is 2-1/8" x 4-7/8" and the arm lengths are 3-1/2" and 8". The color is beige. Can you provide me a suitable replacement for this?Thanks,Jed

Large arm: 30470LH (9 1/2") Small arm: 20810 (4 3/8") and L30841 (3 1/2") Plate: 40372, Yoke: 30830 The small arm has an upward offset.

Hi. Can you direct me to the correct part? I think I need at least three handles. I am not sure if I need the actual crank until I get in there. Are parts returnable in case I overbuy?

I have a Best Bilt window with a Truth operator that needs replaced. The long arm has # LH 30470, short arm has # 30744. It also has two arms on top, long arm # 20810, short arm # 30841L. I did not take any measurements.

One of my windows, the spline won't stay in so window doesn't operate, truth window all I see is 30636 on the arm thing, which part would replace this please if anyone knows?

These are photos of a working assembly. I have several assemblies that are rusted which causes the window to deform out of square when open and close incompletely. The lower post/hinge of one is rusted through. Thank you Mike

Need replacement operators and handles for right and left hand opening windows. Crack handle pops off when trying to crank window closed. Current handles are stamped Windsor but window mounted hardware is stamped Truth. Arm is 9" long

Window will let out but want retract. Handle just turns out of the crank.

This is Truth hardware for Marvin casement window. As shown in the pic, I need the cog that goes in the opening and then the crank handle fits on that.

This window was made with Truth sign on parts and the latches and hinges look to be replaced.

The black sliders that connect the arm to the window are broken in several windows. I don't believe it is possible to get that part.
