This hardware is on a Pella window installed in 1989.I need hardware for a right window. The crank has come out . With manipulation you can get the window to open. I cannot get it to close.On the hardware is "Entry Gard" .What Hardware do I need?Thank you Randy

entry guard truth hardware, some numbers show in the photos, the assembly is broken and the windows don't crank out. I believe they are either 39-155/156 or 39-333/334 but I cant tell which, I need 4 lefts and 2 rights. Thanks

I have Semco windows were window cranks are broken. Windows are from original construction 1990. I have six to replace. Three left opening. Three right opening. David Moxness

Photos show the operator on the window. I would need the parts for both left opening and right opening windows. The hardware is by Truth Entry Guard. Numbers on the short arm are 20810. Numbers on the other are 30842R. Thank you in advance for your help. Jim

I need to replace the geared part of my window operator. It has "truth" stamped on it. The brass portion that holds crank handle has deteriorated and no longer keeps the handle in place. I have included two pictures. Thanks, Milton

Hi, I am looking to replace the hardware on all the windows of our home. HTL is the only identifing info on the hardware I've been able to find. Windows were installed in 70's I believe. Please let us know if you have any products that can be used to replace these units.

I don't know if I have the right terms, but I am looking to replace the crank mechanism and everything except the hinge on a casement window. If they are available in a less corrosive metal like stainless steel, that would be optimal. Thank you.

We just purchased a home that was built in 2004 and some of the windows are difficult to open and close. We thought that we might try replacing the hardware in one of them to see if that is the problem. I did not remove the old hardware as it is 15 degrees out and I am not sure that I could get it p ... The short arm has a B stamped on top. And it looks like a third arm in underneath. What part is this? I've replaced other versions of these before. Thank you?

The part is an Entry Gard Truth window operator with the number is L 31538A that I need to replace. The number 40753 is on the back. Do you have this part to help me?

This is a truth operator from the early 90's. I have a handiman who ordered one from Lowes and it didn't work because the two arms did not function independently? As you can see the arms move freely. I included the measurements and #'s on the product. I can't see how the arms and gears move from pic ... (cont.)
