I need to replace a number of broken window cranks on my Far North casement windows. Can you match the ones I have? Also, is their a new type of handle that won't interfere with shades? Thanks

I measured and the short arm was 3 3/4", long arm was 9 3/4, track was 11 3/8 with 4 screws so I was able to find that. From the outside, ash shown in pictures, the window opens to the right. What operator should I use?

Looking for a left and right operator. Cover looks like a truth operator. But one of the arms has like a "S" curve in it. Please see pics.

I have 2 windows that need new hardware as they do not close. On one, the plastic is cracked. On the other the cover is coming out and it will not close. Note that each one opens a different directions. What do I need to order please?

The spiral piece that engages the gears opens windows but when closing it it just "unscrews" from the mechanism and detaches. It's on an entrygard by truth. Probably older(just bought the home)

Hello. My window crank is broken and I need to replace it. It says Entry Gardens Truth, and there are two numbers on it: 31538A and 20810A. Can you help me order the proper replacement? Thank you.

Lincoln Window. Gut of crank seems to be stripped. Cannot close window must manually push shut to close and lock window. Extended double arms measure approximately 17 inches. (my best measurement) Thank you for your assessment!Alice

Need replacement for operator. Looks like 2 - arm style. Long arm / single bar is 9.5". The 2nd bar has 2 pieces, bar from gear 3.75", 2nd bar to window 4.375" Do you have replacement?

The Crank on a casement window has driven the worm gear out of the casting. I have attached a picture of the crank assemble. The window is a left hand window, i.e. left hand crank and the crank is a dual arm. The S shape arm is under the ruler. The short arm attached to the S shape arm is about ... (cont.)

Hello,The cylinder broke off of my Nuprime window hardware and I'm hoping to find a suitable replacement. The base plate is 2-1/8" x 4-7/8" and the arm lengths are 3-1/2" and 8". The color is beige. Can you provide me a suitable replacement for this?Thanks,Jed

Large arm: 30470LH (9 1/2") Small arm: 20810 (4 3/8") and L30841 (3 1/2") Plate: 40372, Yoke: 30830 The small arm has an upward offset.

Hi. Can you direct me to the correct part? I think I need at least three handles. I am not sure if I need the actual crank until I get in there. Are parts returnable in case I overbuy?
