Here are a couple of pictures of a 30+ year old Truth operator that no longer works. There's an identifier 30841L on the short arm. What replacement part would work? The link arm is a bit over 4 inches long. Thanks!

Hi, I dont know how to remove this but hope to figure it out when I get the new part. The only number I saw was 20810. Hope you can fix me up with the necessary parts to be able to close my window.Thanks,Steve

All I know is the the entry guard and truth msrkingd are on it. And I think the number20810 is what it reads . I appreciate response asap if possible thankyou

There are 3 window operators needed. Two of them from the same pair of side by side windows, one is a left hand and the other a right. But they seem to be a pair. this specifies a 4 7/16 downward link..My link on the Marvin Window has an upward offet. Will this part work or is there a different part that will. I purchased the 39-031 left hand operator, it's not the correct size. Your measurement 4 7/16" is to long. My operator arm is about 2". Do you have any other part numbers I can view?

Our Windows are 30+ years old. Crank operators from seem to be hard to move and handle seems to be slipping. Photos of a Crank operator is attached.
