Hello, I need to identify the part in the second/middle picture (Also circled in the first picture). It's the metal piece that attaches directly to the bottom of the sash. The rivoted swivel piece attached to it has a part # of 31229. It all seems to be Truth hardware. Are the right and left handed ... (cont.)

This is a dual arm window operator. The longest arm is approximately 9.5 inches long. It is likely made by Truth, though that's not certain.

There are some numbers in the part -03- I4- 07 I need a right and left one

Will parts 39-375 and 39-376 fit these Kolbe casement windows (originally installed in 2002).

Need to replace crank mechanism on my 30 yr old K and K windows. Need a right and a left sided cranks.

Long arm, 10 1/2 from middle of 40254 plate, 30472 RH on back. 4 1\2 on short 20544 with clip.

Semco on the crank handle, Truth name on the brass or bronze stamped gear mechanism. I think the the collar that holds the crank handle splits and does not retain the crank.

Hello I'm trying to find replacements for these Windsor window cranks. I believe they are older windows but am not sure. Three of the 6 have fallen apart since we moved in. The gap in the window frame that the crank sits in is 5" across. The rail on the window that the arm rides in is 11 1/2" rou ... (cont.)

It looks like company is GU.EntryGard Truth - L31538A The metal arm comes off the track when opened all the way.

The crank just stopped working and seems to not be grabbing the gear to open the window. I'm assuming I need to replace the crank and gear parts?

Stamped with numbers 40254 on base and 20544 on arm.

I can open the window but it won't close. The crank handle turns but the window doesn't close. The handle appears to unscrew from the unit as opposed to turning the gears to close the window. Can you identify the problem and what parts I might need? Thank you.

I need both right hand & left hand mechanism. Is that determined from inside or outside orientation? These windows are located at my church and I am not sure of the manufacturer.

My condo is about 30 years old. I need to replace this hardware. I cannot open some of my windows. Hope you can help me. Thanks
