have problem with crank assembly breaking inside the crank housing for marvin windows

Hello, I believe the picture I shared is right handed crank. The handle no longer stays in the crank when I try to close the window. What parts do I need? Thanks!

Hi , I ordered a while ago operator 20755 left and right but their not the correct part I measured the short you it looks like 4" center to center , it has a # R30824 it this helps , thanks Gary
