Entry Guard Truth 20810

The bottom boards get rotted after many years of service. The good one is the left window looking from inside. The one I need is the right side. Can I buy the bottom board or the entire window, just the removable part. Old hardware is still ok, rusty, but it works. A friend made the one on the left ... (cont.)

I need metal folding operator handles for Eagle casement windows purchased in 2003 in bright brass. I can see 3 sets of numbers inside the handle: 15393 is by the fold mechanism the word "TRUTH" and 361490 and below that is: 556008 Do any of these help you to identify them?

can you provide info on how to replace this entire crank system on this window? It says truthgard and the length of the arm attached to the window is 11.25" Thank you

We have replaced all of the operators in our home using part numbers 39-032 and 39-031 but this one is a different window size and the crank is in the middle of the window. Can you help determine the arm operator needed? Thank you

Crank just turns and nothing happens? Help!

It labels as EntryGuard Truth. there is a number of 20610 on th right part.There is a number as L3084 on the arm part.

Looking to replace this mechanism. It is from a truth window I believe. I don't know when the window was installed... it is hinged on the left when you are looking out the window from the inside. Hope you can help...

Just replaced the Operator with Code 39-032. Seem to have lost the operator cover. What is the part number to replace the cover? Color brown.Thanks

Right hand window crank facing outside

Please advise if you have these exact systems for replacement. Long arm is 9 1/2 ". Crank base is 4" wide and 1.5 " deep. Need it for left opening window as well as right opening window. does this dual arm operator 39- 032 accept a 11/32 handle? If so, does it come in bronze and have the locking screw to hold the handle in place? Thanks, Cliff

45273 crank mechanism, L31539 short curved arm about 3 1/4 inches, 20748 connecting arm about 3 inches, bar on sash is 11 3/8 inches, stainless guide is about 10 inches.Main arm is about 9 1/2 inches long.
