Please propose a replacement for this broken operator.

The person, who took care of our house during a trip to Europe, damaged 2 of our windows badly. We have Caradco windows (built Jan/Feb 2003). The windows are both 1' 5" wide, Tradition Plus Series Casement Windows, single unit. Problem 1 (see picture 1 and 2). We have to replace the parts, which a ... (cont.)

I have placed an order for one right hand operator and one left hand operator for two casement windows. We punched in the numbers (30636 and 30637) from the operators (Truth brand) that are in there and what we got back was 39-035 and 39-036. The measurements matched. need to replace two window cranks (left an right) from a certainteed bay window. it's stamped truth on it and the number on the bottom is 31368.the extension arm is 5 1/8" long. need to replace entire unit(window and sill attachment). can you help or do i need to try to send pics?....pleeeeze ...
