I am trying to match up some crank assemblies for Caradco windows. On the castings they say Truth and on worm wheels R30842 and L30842. I am physcally in Wisconsin and the windows are in Kentucky. Tool for replacement window operators
Hello, I just recieved an order that I placed with you folks for replacement window operators for Caradaco casement windows. I am trying to fix Truth entrygard gears and arms on a vinyl window. I can't seem to figure out how to remove the vinyl window parts to access the screws to remove the operator gears and arms. I need a new Thermal Gard window crank
Hello, I'm looking to purchase 2 window cranks. They say ( Thermal Gard ) on the handles. On the cranking gear box it has the name ( Truth ) on it. My Operator looks similar to part # 39-035 with the screw holes for the sill matching at 4 7/16" - but my arm length is 5 1/2" not the 3 15/16" listed on the diagram. Caradco casement window operating mechanisms
Hello, Trying to find correct replacement parts for Caradco casement windows. There are two different style operating mechanisms. The smaller bay window, has Truth hardware with # 30637 stamped on longest part,about 4 1/2". One of the other windows has Entry Guard Truth #20755 stamped on it ... (cont.)

Carefully match up the operator you are replacing to the pictured 39-147 right hand or the 39-146 left hand. If you still have trouble figuring it out please feel free to send us a photo of the operator.

Pozzi Window Operator
I need a Casment Window Operator for a Pozzi Window. It looks like your Dyad Operator with 4" split arme (#39-035) but it is hard to tell. Can I get a better drawing of this? Or... what would you think? Carl

Dyad Window Operator, hardware attached to the handle pops out
If part of the operator is still attached to the handle and popping out from the gear it sound like the operator is broken. If this is the case the operator cannot be repaired only replaced.
