39-035 Truth Hardware Entrygard Dyad Window Operator

My Operator looks similar to part # 39-035 with the screw holes for the sill matching at 4 7/16" - but my arm length is 5 1/2" not the 3 15/16" listed on the diagram. Hello, Trying to find correct replacement parts for Caradco casement windows. There are two different style operating mechanisms. The smaller bay window, has Truth hardware with # 30637 stamped on longest part,about 4 1/2". One of the other windows has Entry Guard Truth #20755 stamped on it ... (cont.)

The original hardware is made by Truth Co, and the hardware P/N 39-035 and 39-036 on youy website looks very similar to my present hardware. We have a casement window which needs a new crank. It is about 24yrs old made by Winchester / Bristol. I think it is about 31.1 inches wide per the sticker. We can't get the crank out easily and need feedback on that as well, but based on the attached images, can you assist us with determining which ... (cont.)

Carefully match up the operator you are replacing to the pictured 39-147 right hand or the 39-146 left hand. If you still have trouble figuring it out please feel free to send us a photo of the operator.

I need a Casment Window Operator for a Pozzi Window. It looks like your Dyad Operator with 4" split arme (#39-035) but it is hard to tell. Can I get a better drawing of this? Or... what would you think? Carl

If part of the operator is still attached to the handle and popping out from the gear it sound like the operator is broken. If this is the case the operator cannot be repaired only replaced.
