Awning window old. No label on window

The gear broke but doesn't look like I can replace just the gear. The handle says semco. If you take the cover off the assemble it says truth on one side and PAT NO 4,840,075.

The bracket, IMG_4256, as mounted, has the pin on the bottom right. I believe this is 39-524, but the pin orientation has me concerned. Please confirm which is the correct bracket.
