Hello, We are needing a replacement for the dual arm casement part shown in the imaghes above. There are no marking on the part but it was installed with our MillGuard casement window about 27 years ago.

I need this part for window to open and close I need left and right both windows so two of them Let me know where I can buy this or order it RakeshAppreciate your help

Can you tell me if you have this part and how much. Also does it come with the part on the side that clips into the window (the circle) to secure it.

These photos should be rotated 90 degrees. One of the latches broke, I am showing the two pieces of the broken latch plus a picture of the latch from the upper sash that is not broken. Hello! This door is 50 years old, and I wouldn't be surprised if these were the original rollers. Once we cleaned them up from erroneously applying WD-40 (using the proper dry rub now!), they work pretty well except the bearings on the front roller are shot. There are no markings. It's 30" long, attaches with a small bar that clips to a hook in the window channel. They go up fine but require a lot of weight to go down.

Hello, I believe this is the same hinge you show stocked. I took over from another contractor who mangled the threads.
