length 14 5 Stamp is BS1 RN, I need 2 for one window. (not tilt) metal hook

previous owner had door lock cobbled together, the mortise lock is incorrect, doesnt fit the opening, and the latch switch broke . I'm looking for the correct mortise set, switch, and possibly weather stripping for the edge of the door. Thanks.

Shoes are broken, block and tackle balance in good repair. Balance housing is 9/16" X 9/16". Casement channel is 5/8" deep, 1 1/4" wide with a 5/8" gap at the surface. What shoe do I need?

Metal channel of balancer length is 25.5 inches. The clip became disengaged from the hole on the inside track of window frame and snapped down to the foot position of the balancer. I don't know if it's possible to pull it back up to the top of the balancer, reattach it to the clip hole on the insi ... (cont.)

Hello- I'm looking to replace these two operators. The left side has markings 20544 and 30744. The long arm is 9.5" and the short arm is 4.375. The right side has markings 20810 and 40841L. Same arms lengths as above. Thank you!
