Greetings - i picked up a used 20"x52" Pozzi casement window with a missing part; the approximate 9.5"-10" hinge track, to which the 30350 bracket (picture attached - major grid is 1"x1") is missing from the window frame. need new operators for these 2 awning windows, handles and shafts missing. Home was built in 1990. many other casements also have stripped knurled sleeves and the worm drive retract when closing the windows. Can I get some pricing on these replacement parts? Thank you Scott

I am trying to source these "hinge stops" as silver line calls them. These are made of plastic...1 on each side screwed into the track. Looking for a dozen of them. Window is about 10 years old.

Our sliders are 40 years old. We need to find a replacement roller for one of them. The overall length of the housing is 2.25 inches. The width is 9/16 od. I have the old balancer pulled out and it reads: "26-5 EJ5 CMC 34", looks to be 1/2 inch by 27 inches. Not sure which is the correct replacement balancer. Says "180" on bottom plastic piece. Thank you, Dean

I have a 12' height door with weatherstripping that is 1" wide and 1/2" bulb thick. I need a weatherstripping for 1" wide by 1/4" bulb or Pile thick...or 3/8" bulb or Pile thick at 25' long. This bulb has 5 fins, which is not needed for a smaller size bulb or Pile.
