Hi, i'm in Yellowstone NP and trying to repair a mid-century window control arm on 3 windows. They have a chain type control arm that slips into the metal box you see in the foreground of the photo. The name Getty is stamped into the crank handle. Thanks

Unfortunately, I do not have much information on the locking handle or the brand of the windows. The only thing that shows up on the locking mechanism is the word Roto and on the hinge mechanism it says Interlock 12C-IS23. Thank you

The attached photo shows a corner key that I drilled out of one of our storm windows. I procured some replacements from a local business, but the dimples are located in different positions, so it requires dimpling the frame in different positions to install the new keys, so it doesn't look great. I'm interested in an assembly of the same specifications but with a metal wheel, concave preferable but flat okay. Do you sell one? I need them for aluminum frame sliding windows (from the 80s). The nylon wheels don't tend to last.

I'm replacing 40+ year old double hung window springs. The old spring tubes are about 25 1/2 inches long and the tips are blue. I'll need to order about 14 springs, but at this point I'd only like to order two to make sure I get the right product.Thanks for your help.Geoff

This is from my tilt sash window. I cannot find any markings on the window to designate its make. 2130 is the only marking that is on the balance itself. The spring is what is broken (see IMG_3028) so if a suitable replacement for the whole balance unit is not available would the spring be available ... (cont.)

Hello I would like to order two window balances to replace old ones. The old balances are stamped. "26 4 KP CALDWELL". They are 27 inches long. Any help with selecting the correct replacement would be wonderful. Thanks Tobin

My window is missing the piece that connects the handle to the cogs/gears on the opener. I have the old cover but it is badly discolored. I also have the old handle but it is damaged. Is this the correct item (#39-032) to replace an EntryGard Dual Arm Operator marked 20810 and 30744 for left side window looking outside (see photos)? The teeth on the worm screw are stripped, so the crank only opens, but will not close.

Searched part number 20-6 EH5 CMC 75, did not find.

This clip is screwed into the bottom of the channel of the sash. Appears to be plastic. It is 3/4 in wide by 1 inch high. Has a centered hole for screw installation. Don't know how important it is.
