Spiral balance tilt window that has one balance that is halfway functioning. The other issue (picture) is that the "tabs" (or ??) that are typically on the sash are not there. Never had this issue before. Is that parts available as well???

Metal channel measures 26 inches in length and has no stamping on it anywhere, only the numbers "25 5 GW CMC 11" printed on the outside of the channel.

Hi. The spring broke in my double hung window. The pictures show the part including the upper clear plastic piece. It may be hard to see but the spring has "5JJ" stamped on it. Hangout.

Hi i have a home full of 20yr-old Norco series D crank-casement windows. All have "Truth" single-arm mechanisms. I'm looking for 12 of these. The local home depot model is too thick. I believe they are off a Pella door, the actual door is marked, the screen is not. These are 5/16ths thick. I have an older window not sure who produced it. The label says EX Dayton but I can't find this company. This is a number I pulled from the left window 700ADVDHBSASH. I measured the tabs and they're approx 2 3/4" x 3/4"

The serial or ID# in the back of the crank is 7198-17. Screws have rotted as well as the crank.
