I have channel balance stamp with 26 5 GW CMC 10, measured length metal part only 27 1/4, with plastic ends 28 1/16, channel width 9/16. I also need a small part screwed in the side of the window, see picture with the red circle. Thank you, Sean

Looking for a Operator with 1 mounting hole on the top, two on the bottom. top to bottom spacing 5 1/4, bottom holes are spaced 1 1/8". the arm is 2 1/2" from the pivot pin, to the 3/8" non-threaded hole. Thanks, Bob

Found absolutely nothing on hardware. They did come apart easily as predicted by youtube videos. Might you have replacement latches for these vinyl tilt windows. Hello, I am curious if you are still making these custom window balancers as I believe I have the exact same ones. I have attached a few pictures provided by my customer. I need to replace all the hardware, both slides and guides on both sides.(Terminology?). The drawer mounted hardware (slide?) is 22 1/2 in long and numbers I can make out are 32-02 and 34-??. The cabinet mounted guides are longer at 23 1/2 and numbers are 36-02 and 31-02.

This is the 'Foot'?? That goes onto the bottom of the window frame that pops into the Pivot Shoe Thick #15-046. Tge End Broke off...Vince
