I see that pivot shoes fit right or left. I need 12 to replace in my three Simonton Windows brand double-hung windows. My photo includes dimensions of the pivot shoe. Please advise which of your pivot shoes might fit my application. thank you

Hi I have a corner of the larger size that I need 4 of. I'm attaching a picture. The dimensions are this, the actual corner is 1" square and 3/8" thick, the wings are 1- 3/4" long and 3/8" thick. I need 4 brown ones. Thank you for your help. Danny

These rollers are from a vinyl clad patio sliding door. The closest match I found was the 81-030. My part is 3 1/8" long, 3/4" wide, 1" tall, and the rollers are 1 1/4" diameter. I can't find a replacement for this keyed handle set. The round, grooved wheel is broken so it won't engage the keyed lock part. I don't know if anything else is broken so I figured I'd need a complete replacement. It doesn't have to be this exact handle, I just need a keyed handle that will work so ... (cont.)

My window is a Series 810 Tilt Single hung dual panes made by Phillips. It is my understanding they went out of business in 2009.I saw no markings on the metal balancer, the metal balancer is 30 inches long.Please advise if you can help or if you need more info.Thank youMark
