I believe the brand of widow is Crestline. Number on the arm is 31850 number on bottom of operator is 07282003 0330. Looking to replace everything. Thanks for your help

27" Vance for a MilGard

Unsure of the profile. Came off a 2' x 3' window that's in my bathroom.

I need a wheel replacement for this sliding door. No other markings besides the ones in the handle - see pics.

I'm not sure how to measure the length, but the metal part is 32" long. The printing on the part is 31 3 FS CALDWELL

I ordered 2 balance replacements on May 16,2024. I am having difficulty in attaching the balance replacement with the existing plastic takeout clip(see above photo for visual of the plastic takeout clip)as on the one end, it doesn't have a lip. Hello, I'm trying to find replacements for andersen window sash balances from the early 90s timeframe (pictures attached). Pictures ending in 175433 and 175449 are of the left balance facing the window from the inside. The main number on the body appears to be 1600-17 while the side tab has 927 1 ... (cont.)

Our latch does not latch all the way or it latches where we can't open it. Put some grease on it and it helps . Probably needs to be replaced . We are getting ready to see our house next week and would like to have this resolved
