Need replacement handle for sliding glass patio door, Unknown what manufacturer. Screw holes are 4 inches on center apart

House was built in 2006. Right tilt latch has broken and needs to be replaced

I am looking for a few sets of screen frame corners to replace these old ones.. I haven't had any luck finding the exact replacement but maybe you can help..

This piece is 3" longIt has # 12310 on it and a letter HIt is from a Timberbond window#M1629428.02

All It has marked on it is Anderson. I just need something to replace this not sure it matters the brand.

I'm having problems finding the adjusting screws on my plate glass (1967) slider. There are no visable adjusting screws or plugs. The string broke and so I'm trying to find a new channel balance for my window. It is double pane window, but it is not A tilt to clean window. You pop out the window when you want to clean it and that is when the string broke.
