Looks like maybe I have the old style rod and tackle type balance. I have at least 3 of these windows which the balance has totally failed. I'm looking for a replacement for this lock. The only problem with others I have tried is that this silver piece is almost an inch long. All other replacements I've tried aren't long enough. The door is just shy of 2" any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm pretty sure the door is a Larson but I looked for a sticker in the door jamb hinge area to get a model number but not sticker present. The coil spring on the one pivot shoe broke. So window won't stay up. How do I know what coil spring I need.

I have replaced the spiral balances, but the shoes are old and cracked - no longer usable. The pictures show the shoe and the type of balance that uses it. I need the complete set inside and outside door handle set for a LCR storm door. From looking at your webpage it looks like a 40-150 inside handle along with a 40-039 keyed deadbolt would work. I need the spindle also.
