Double hung windows from the early 1990s. 8 window balance window assembles need replacement. The balance spring is encased in a plastic cover. I have been told that the assembly is just inserted. Can you help. I have someone who can do the job if I can find the parts.

I need 30 replacement handles

We have a Pella exterior door that is about 20 years old. The handle has a 1" extension to clear a Plantation Shutter on the door.
