It has the numbers 27" 40lbs. One of the pictures it shows a shoe that needs to be on the end of the balancer.

Our rubber sweep piece for our easy vent storm /screen doors rubber had worn off. How do I purchase a new rubber sweep and replace the old broken one are do I have to replace the whole bottom piece. We bought in 10/27/07. George

Hi there I am In need of a 1 window channel balance ! And Someone to install it I live In Huntington Beach, California 92649 ! If you know of any body that would install 1 balance for 1 window ? The marking on the balance (20 4 JQ CALDWELL)

I have a few Simonton windows that need new coil balance springs. The existing broken spring is not marked. They are the 1/2" wide spring. The window size is roughly 24" wide and 19" high. I am not sure what spring weight to order. Thanks

No markings. Tube is 3/8" diameter x 25-3/8" long with a 5/16" x 2-7/8" foot. 3/8" tube is wrapped by a coiled spring for 17-5/8" of the length. The coiled spring is 1/2" diameter. Thank you! Jeff

Not sure if this is a handle replacement or the whole deal. I believe the longer arm is 8" and the other is 4".

These coil balance springs are 1/2" wide. There are numbers denoting the weight and length (see pictures). I tried using #S160-05 and they were too short, although otherwise correct.The extended length needed is approx.53". It is for a tilt-in double hung with overall height of 58". I believe they a ... I am looking for this pivot bar for my tilt window. It is aluminum(steel) and is 2 inches long. it only has one hole in it to mount in my window. I can't get a better picture of it. Sorry about that. Can you help please. The part is from the 1980's.Thank youGary K
