Markings on window channel is 21 12. I have more photos if needed. Met upload size. I have 2 windows that no longer work. Both the same size. So I have 4 total window channels that are all broke.

Need replacement Coil Balance

The pivot bar on my Simonton 5500 double hung is broken. Please help me get new hardware. The window is 18 pounds.Shown are the spring with #11 stamped on it as well as the pivot bar and shoe.Thanks, Jim

On a window wizards window installed in 1995. Only marking is on the cam, and it says 3212. Overall length of this is 6.6 cm. Cam thrust outside housing is 0.6 cm. Sorry for metric dimensions, but my micrometer is metric instead of standard.

Crank used to operate patio windows that opens and closes multiple windows. Original window is from mid-1980-'s, and located within Florida. Can provide more photos or video if helpful.
