The left-side latch of the upper window on the storm door has a push-tab that broke-off (shown loose in first picture) so need to replace.

I am attaching several photos in order to try and identify the replacement balances that I'd need for windows in my home. I have a house built 1969/1970 it has Andersen double hung windows. I need to replace the sash balancers in 4/5 windows in the house. Now I did the best I could to pull away the top cover of the window to expose the sash balance so that I could read the numbers on it without taking the whole window ... (cont.)

Do you have the matching door handle and lock set that goes with the part that I purchased, 89-031.

Thus can shoe is 2 inches tall about 1 1/4 inch wide and 9/16 thick. The widow is a Stanley 2004 single hung

Do you have this sunroom sliding door? If you don't carry it do you know where I can get it? Or what else I can use?

I've searched locally to no avail. The measurements are: Depth: 1 1/2 Width: 1/2 Between the screws: 3 5/8 All in inches.

The window is probably 40 years old. Tenant said the window will not stay up. After inspecting we see the balance string has slack and appears broken.There is only the number 24 stamped on the metal. I need a coil balance shoe with a black locking device in bottom

I'm needing three sets of sash latches. They are 2 3/8" long, 11/16" wide, 5/16" deep, and the locking tab sits back a hair over 1/16". They are a beige color

Looking for replacement for UNIQUE 28-C-30 channel balance. It looks like your S380-29 2840 but the bottom shoe depth is 3/4". It has a 1/2" channel and the wings are 1" wide.
