I have a scissor style awning operator. Here are 2 pics of the pivot slide and the control arm..I just need three pivot slide (black piece).

Sliding Window won't open after being closed (with an audible click sound). Normally has a tab that is pulled outwards, like in picture 3. But for the closed window, the tab fell out a while ago and can't find it anymore. Appears to be spring-loaded and tried to manually open it by inserting a screw ... (cont.)

Need to replace my coil balance assembly

Hi there, I was hoping you could help me find replaments with photos. I need 3 please. Two that open to the left, and one that opens to the right, and the tracks that go on the window.

I have an old andersen window that is probably 50 years. It is a turn out casement window. I have two locks that the handles are broken off. It would appear I have a 795 balance, but the metal case is 21" long, and is stamped 20-7, which does not match in your list. What would you recomend ?

I hope these pictures are sufficient. We need to point out that we have two different ways the windows open. One opens from left to right and the other right to left. Essentially, what we have is that the cranks and the stubs that that the cranks fit over to open the window are both stripped. We als ... (cont.)

Rebuilding some windows and recently purchased Pivot Retainers (Product Code: 15-056) that fit the shoe. I now realize the shoes are not staying in place because of wear and a couple are broken. Missing the arms from this Hurd operator. With no arms the window won't open and close. Window swings open to the right. The pictures show the missing arms with some numbers on them. Any help will be appreciated
