Need to find replacement Latch has a "U" shape spring

The crank handle, and probably the whole crank mechanism, on one of my Andersen casement windows needs to be replaced, and I'm having trouble tracking down the parts. Channel balance is 21" long (metal only). Stamp is 2030, followed by a smaller "CJ (emblem) FX" stamp. Hi, wondering if you have a bottom plate part to replace on a sliding door. The rail is rusted.

23" spiral for non tilt window, 3/8 " in diameter red tip bushing, the metal part of the shoe is rivoted on and the white piece is plastic. Please let me know if you have enough in stock.

Since the mechanism isn't cranking window in and out anymore, I am assuming I need the gear assembly. Or what is best for longevity.
