The end of the part (shown) broke off so when the latch is lifted there is nothing for it to catch on. I need this part. It is about 1.75 inches long and about .75 deep. Thank you!Louise

My window hinge hardware has a broken stud, which I have temporarily replaced with a screw, window manufacturer no longer carries that particular brand, was wondering if you have this hardware available. Thanks in advance Rick

I think this is what is called a spiral balance shoe? Its at the base of the window and holds the Spiral Balances in place. I am not sure what the model or brand is on the window I believe it is from the 80s. I don't think it maters but I believe the spiral balance replacements are the 29" Series ... (cont.)

I have a few balances with broken s clips and some windows are missing balances. Attached are pictures of a balance with a broken clip. Do you have these clips? I am looking for the bottom roller mechanism for my Atrium windows, need (6). We have a house built in 2010 in Sarasota FL. One of the channel balances on a window is broken. The metal part of the channel balance is 29". Printed on the channel balance are the words 01/10 Unique 28-F-60. A sticker at the top of the inside of the window frame says: "Keystone Certification Pr ... (cont.)

I think the shoe is broken. But I can't figure out which part I need to buy. Also the hook from the window came out and have problem removing it. Can u give me some guidance on removing the hook and the shoe parts required to get my window fixed?

I need to replace two, 25" and two, 22" balances and the corresponding shoes. I've looked at your various parts, but I can't figure out which ones to get. The balances appear to be 3/8" diameter. Attached are photos. Can you ID which parts I need? Thank you very much.

The current lock is from PADO but doesn't appear this was the original handle that came with the door or at least someone didn't install correctly. I took alot of measurements of the lockset but not sure what dimensions are needed to find a replacement set.

I have the 9.5 inch length old steel casement operators for which you sell the replacement. It seems the mounting screws are metric? In any event I cannot find replacement screws.
