so I bought the replacement to the Paramount lock, and they look the same but I cannot get the Paramount lock out of the window. In an open or closed position it will not just pull straight up while the window is still in situ. Please help.

I ordered 80-020 assembly for my mother's patio door, but now that it has arrived I can see that the locking mechanism on 80-005 is probably what I should have ordered. Can you help me confirm what is the correct replacement assembly? Also, can the handle from 80-020 be used with the 80-005 set? B ... (cont.)

Do you have a replacement for the attached Vetter pivot bar from 2006 ? Also wondering if you have the shoe ? Do you have a video on how to replace the shoe with the string attached to it ? Thank you very much for helping. Dave

Window balance is 31 inches. Tip too tip. The only markings on balance reads 29 3 DQ CALDWELL.

Looking to replace multiple balances on windows. Can you identify these metal balances?

Hi, I'm trying to confirm if my awning window crank operators are from Swisco or not, only marking/stamp I can find is Made in the USA SD (which you can see in first picture). I recently purchased the 82-265 assembly and the latch plate doesn't seem to work what part do I need to make it work the lock fits the door ok just doesn't lock.

This is a 15 inch balance, with a hook at one end and the shoe at the other. This balance has two issues. First the spring is no longer attached and under tension. The second issue is the bottom of the shoe (both plastic and metal) has broken. I'm going to need a whole new balance, but none of ... (cont.)

Looking for the cover that slides in lock slot that covers the wood edge on the hole on the window side.

My question is. Does it matter if it's a left or right opening?? Can I use the same one for left side or right side?

Need 3 inch long x 1/4 pivot bar

Here are the dimensions: side plate screw holes c/c 6 15/16" width of same plate 3/4" over all length 7 9/16" I need the complete replacement latch assembly.

Metal is 27" long; one of them has 26 4 JR Caldwell marked on it. I already put in an order for 385 series 2ea 2640 and 2ea 2630 because I have 2 different size windows. Didn't see this expert help until I placed order.
