Only information I can seem to find is the crank handles say thermal gard. This black piece broke and I am unsure if it can be replaced.

Length 4.1/4 back side 1/2 to fit in window slot hole. Slotted rail mover sticks out 1 inch and an 1/8.

How about a replacement handle system so that I can have a keyed cylinder lock from the outside, on this new construction door with an interior, levered lock only.? Thanks for any help you can give.
