I need a replacement for a mirrored sliding closet door. The plastic tab that keeps the hardware in the track has broken off of our hardware. The photo of the hardware mounted on the door still has the plastic tab. We believe this condo was built in the 1980s and these were original mirrored doors ... (cont.)

we need all hardware for 2 windows. 58" / 19.5"hardware is from Canada with no markings. front winding incasement cover is 5" wide , the scissor hardware is 16" when retracted. the 2 front locks on either side ....from inside are 2.75" color- close as you can to pics. thank you , Jud ... (cont.)

I don't know the part number

I have a handle set with the lock lever outside the grab bar anchors. mounting screws are 8" from center to center, with a middle screw at the 4" mark. Mortise lock is 11" center to center, 11-3/4 overall height.

I would like to purchase this product if I can find it.

This roller is from a single glazed sliding window which was very common in California in the 70's.

Have an old sliding door from 1997 that needs new wheels as it won't slide smoothly anymore. Homeowner would like to avoid a full replacement of the door system. Would also be interested in new seal strips. Any help is appreciated.

Attached please find some images of my old window frame that has its handle-bar broke off. Also, the little buttons of the release latches at the top of the frame are worn out. I need four (4) replacement parts. Do not know who manufactured the windows. I have included a picture. This is a sliding window with top and bottom tracks built in to the frame.

Are these locks plastic? Looking for metal or aluminum replacement locks.

The window crank in my laundry room is missing. I also have a picture of a similar bedroom that has its window crank in place so I am hoping they would be the same if recognized and helpful for a comparison.

I need to replace the balancers on my Milgard Vinyl window. I have a vinyl bay window. The crank will operate to open window but on trying to close the window the bolt comes out along with the handle. Pella aluminum clad wood sliding patio doors. The house was built in 1985. The doors are the originally installed doors. 2 ¾" L x 1 ¾" H x ¾" w Each ¾" measurement is actually 11/16". I suspect they report the size as ¾".
