I'm looking for a keyed cylinder for the outside door pull. Please let me know what one works. The outside pull was made by Sash Controls Inc and the part number is 1963.The inside handle and trim has part number 1060-1943.The mounting holes appear to be 3-15/16.Am I better off to buy 82-306 keyed e ... Looking for replacement. This tab seems to go in the bottom of screen channel, not the spline channel

as you can see the spirals are encased in a plastic tube, which i have no idea how to remove. I also cannot get the broken spirals down to check length etc. can you help? i could also use the tool to adjust the tension on all windows. thanks

Hello, I am having trouble finding the right parts. I need the balance, the shoe and the retaining clip. I'm having trouble getting the right crank handle for my crank-out casement windows (pair); I recently ordered 39-274, but the spline didn't fit over the crank receiver - too small.
