please help identify

Interested in securing a replacement lock for the above subject, or in the alternative, a substitute for the same, preferably white.

I am looking for closing mechanisms for two Anderson Windows coded CXW135 when I bought them in 2007. I have attached a photo of the mechanism in question. There is a part number on the window 0603094 and PROD ID 123-07103-99348.Can you help me?Kyle

I have identical windows in my house that are missing these parts in the picture as well as the pivot bars to go with the pivot lock shoe in the picture. If you could help find the correct parts that would be great so we can put an order together.

hello, the mortise broke (spring inside) and also the latch of the handle can you confirm the mortise product number? I think is 82-265 my mortise is 11in holes on center, long 11 3/4, and 3/4 for width for the handle 10 in long and the holes are 3 15/16 on center Thanks

Hello, I found the Roto folding crank handle that looks a lot like the one I am looking for for SNE Enterprise windows and was wondering if you would be able to tell me if the base attachment piece of this part would fit an SNE window. Both balancers on either side are broken. Can you please tell me what the correct part is to order as springs snapped in two so perhaps I only need a new spring but can't find details on right one to buy and how to install correctly. Thanks for your help.

The Window Balance tube is 23" long, 5/8" wide. The tube tip appears to be white.
