The lock on this ply gem window lock doesn't work anymore and I'm trying to find a replacement. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Would you be able to provide information on what type of balance system I need to replace the broken ones.

Looking to replace the balances for these windows. I also need to replace a couple of the pivot bars/pins but I've never seen ones like these. Is this system obsolete? I have 3 PGT windows that were installed in 2018. They were underwater and have broke the balances. I want to be sure to order the correct parts. One has 2 housings on each side with 8 on them. I didn't see a description that properly matched on the website, so Hopefully the pictures provide enough detail. Looks like the numbers/letters stamped on the guide are "15 1 BSI", but I can't make them out completely.

Our home is built in 1929 and still has original windows. Many of the storm windows are missing the latches that hold them in place and I've attached a picture of both the window and the little latch with thumbscrew. Are these available?
