I'm looking for replacement bottom latches and top corners (with the pivot points) for these storm windows. Note, there is a small raised point on the outside of the latches that key into the frame

Bottom sash weatherstrip and coil balance shoe.I need 60 feet of bottoms/weatherstrip for soft lite vinyl replacement windows. I also need 10 coil balance shoes. I think it is part number 15177 blue slate. I will send pictures to identify and wait for your reply.

I have two kitchen casement window crank arm and operators I need to replace. One on the left and one on the right as I suspect that since the right is broken the left will be soon to follow. No names or numbers on the part. The only marking is on the handle and it says "CL".I haven't been able to find anything this large. Even the wheel is over 1". Any suggestions?

This is the handle of a sliding door lock and handle mechanism that was destroyed by a renter. I can't identify it, and I'm hoping you might be able to help. I'm going to need not only the handles and the lock, but the mortise latch.

How do I remove the interior screen door handle? See photo. I removed the round, golden Pella screw cover as suggested in other related posts, but there wasn't any screw behind it like shown in other handle examples in this forum. See closeup photo. Needs to be double slotted and original was scallop nosed. Brixwell seemed to have something similar but only shows whole latch. Need to order your 26-234 for another window and would like to consolidate all in one order.

Does the casement window crank cover easily pull off? What tool do you use to remove the cover? I tried pulling it off with my hand and it did not release!

I have a lot of Farley tilt vinyl windows and need a lot of the top tilt latches. the closest one I see on your website is #26-390 but mine measure in length at 2-3/4" long and 3/4" wide and 7/16" total thickness.
