I have a window that wasn't installed square the top sash will not come down all the way down, is there any way I could remove the top of the jam rather than the bottom. Being that the jam at the bottom on the right hand side is not leveled correctly the sash will not go down in order to reveal the ... (cont.)

6/1/2023 Have older Patio glass Sliding door. Handle has locking device inside. Starting to have problems with lock device. Will add picture. screw holed are 6 inch on center. Need to replace handle and lock

The door handle will not move, and lock the double mortise locks. The problem appears to be in the lock device I need the correct mortise lock to replace
