Got the lever off Thanks! I think this bar is bent some. I need a new one. Any idea which one I should order. It is 38 7/8 inches long. Has 3 rollers and one nub for the lock mechanism. Only markings on the window was the word Truth. Thanks

I need the replacements for window balance

Our rollers are worn out, how do I get new ones? Mid 1980's door in original house. Rail the door slides on is worn out too.

I'm looking for a replacement casement window hinge. The existing hinge has Truth and 30905 stamped on it. The black plastic slider that attaches to the window and slides along the track is the piece that is broken. I'm not sure if that can be replaced separately, but that would be ideal if possible ...
