I need to replace the channel balances on our IWC single hung windows. The balance length is 24", 1/2" wide, marked 23 20 DS and I was initially thinking the 377 2320 would work but the top looks more like a 19-041 than a 19-018. Could you advise? I've attached pictures.

Looking for a recommendation for a replacement channel that is stamped 26 4 HK Caldwwell. with the photos i have uploaded, i believe i need an S380-27 with 2640 option. Please review and advise.thank you,chester

I am looking for a replacement part for the attached photos. It is a Harvey door. I believe the pieces were 4 inches long. The plastic piece on the interior door that controlled the latch snapped off.

Unable to read most of the number. Please see pictures above. Measured 22 inches long (metal portion only). 5/8 inches deep and approximately 1/2 inch wide. Both top and bottom plastic pieces have wings. Picture shows one side wing of the top plastic is broken.

Need balancers for old (1983) double hung windows. Units are stamped 11600-2. Other stampings not fully legible, seem to be ?????27 10-82.Can you tell me which replacements will work for these?

I have Milestones single hung series 1000 windows (installed in 2004). Inside there are trim pieces that surround each pane. They measure 1/2 x 1/2", and are in various lengths of course. I have window with spring shoe locks which is broken and I need help to buy shoe lock to replace for windows. Height of shoes lock is 1/5 inches and same as width. Not sure how deep it is and what is the size of window lock which will fit in this shoe.

I need to replace the window balances in 4 windows and they all have the same balances put in them. All of them have issues with the strings snapping for some reason. The stamp reads 2140BS1B.
