Hello, I need to replace some broken tilt latches on my Simonton windows. I believe their dimensions are 2-5/8 x 11/16 x 3/8. The window serial number is 2467616/02 Thanks.

I would like to replace my Milgard casement window handle with a folding type handle, perhaps the Truth folding handle 39-375. Attached are photos of the operator which was recently replaced. Will this, or another product work? Thanks, Steve

Is there a replacement pivot shoe available for Metal Industries double-hung vinyl window model 1450 (circa 1994)? Two pictures of the pivot shoe are included. The picture with purple circle highlights broken pivot bar receiver section.Thanks!Eric

I recently bought a new crank and cover but the worm gear still backs out of the window when I try to close it, even with 2 inch wood screws holding the cover in place. What piece do I need to fix my windows?

Hello, I tried to help but broke my mother in laws window slider! As I was reinstalling the slider, the cord snapped just below the hook. Good day, attached are photos of my operator that has broken. I believe it's an old Anderson from 1963 it has glazing on the outside panes of glass so it's original. The arm is about 9 1/2 inches in that realm.. I have four of the same units two are right and two are left out on the set of windows. ... (cont.)

Stamped numbers are B924 4#19 685 and 1600-17. Both units have the same markings.

Balance string broke on right side of window. Does one balance control one side of window only? If so do I need an R designation on balance? The picture I uploaded was of on other window I fixed last year ( left side of window)

Hi. I need to replace the balances and many of my windows either don't have take out clips or they are damaged such as bended up. Some windows seem to have just a screw where the take out clip should be. Any advice?

If you have this pivot lock shoe in stock, we would like 4. I did not see a similar one on your website. Thank you.
