About 25 years old. Says Caradco on cover and Truth on inside of cover. Widest point of cover is 5" long. The stem (or whatever it is called) that turns the sprocket wheel just sort of corroded and crumbled.

I purchased part 39-317 and 39-318 since i need both sides, however, I realized after receiving them that they're not the same size as the one I had for my window. The part i'm looking for is the bottom product. What should i purchase instead?

Coil balance assembly 6K stamped on the spring I only need the bottom part this is the bottom window both sides Can you help me in purchasing these parts please and thank you

Looking to replace these vertical sliding window latches in my circa 1981 condo. Only marking is Allen-Stevens Corp. Handle screw holes are 4 1/4" apart and the Handle width is 15/16".

Screw centers appear to be 2" apart. Latches are 3" end to end. Width is 1". Thickness seems.5o be 9/16", maybe 3/8. Color is beige. Whatcha got?

Need replacement parts for both shown (multiple photos to show different views). I need 2 hinge locks and 1 rotary handle. Thank You

When cranking window the gear shaft just comes right out because the ring around it that has a lot of fine lines does not stay in. I have tapped it in all the way. A Marvin window, casement, there is a number on crank mechanism 40471. Truth hardware.

Harvey window, right side tilt latch. Body is 2 5/8" long (not including the latch that sticks out), and about 5/8" wide. The back is stamped "R 27".

This is for an Appleby Systems 3 Season Sunroom. They latch the screen to the side track. There are no part numbers on them. Julie

The coil springs have broken on both sides of my vinyl window. Not sure what parts I need and don't know how to remove the broken parts as I don't see a slot to slip them out. Do I have any option to fix the window and not replace the whole window itself?

When I turn the crank to open the window, it disengages from the cranking arm and I can no longer control the window with the cranking arm.

I moved into a house that looks to have all Alliance windows. The pulley systems on most of them have either snapped or are missing. I'm unsure how to identify the pulley needed to replace these. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I bought this Andersen window without a hand Crank and would like one to operate it. Which one would you recommend? I like the Truth Folding Handle with Cover (Product Code: 39-375) but I'm not sure if it would fit.

what replaces anderson 11600-17, BR 63-9-92, 927
