Please help me identify and supply the casement window hinges pictured below. Makings on it reads 74on the long arm, while pry under here on the shortest arm.

We could not figure out who makes our window or what we need to do to fix it. The crank opens the windows just fine but they won't close. Hello, have been searching for the brown roller assembly for a patio screen door. As you can see it is smaller wheel diameter about 1/16 smaller and also the thickness of the wheel and the folded metal body is about 1/16 thinner. as you see int the photo the tail pivot is longer by nearly 1/4 inch ... This balance is from a Philips venal window. The frame is 1/2" x 9/16". The only marking is in ink, 25 4 IQ CALDWELL. I need two.
