I think these window tilt controls need to be replaced as the plastic has become brittle. The tab on the left has snapped off. The right was still intact when the picture was taken. Do you know if your parts fit alenco?)

Any clue as to what I need to replace.. Bearings are shot

Recently purchased condo with two windows like this. One handle is missing. Need "male" that fits down into housing. Can plastic "bushing" be replaced? It looks damaged. See photos. Thanks!

I have a home with many metal bifold doors approx 93inches in length each panel and 11 3/4 inches width per panel. The doors are difficult to open, they do not flow on the tracks, they catch many times, do I need new hardware on the doors, I enclose photos. Thanks for the reply

looking for plastic piece that holds a vertical metal bar in place that appears to be part of the locking mechanism in a Certainteed casement window installed new in 2000. See photo. This part screws into the lower corners of the lower sashes on my windows and slips into the pivot mechanism. Unfortunately the part the fits into the pivot mechanism is broken off on many of them and they need replacing. The part is metal and has a 1 marked on the side

I need this entire cranks system including the inside mechanism but can't locate anything about it.

We purchased this house in 2021 and the windows, I thought, were fairly new. However, when using the tilt function to clean the outside glass, I've broken 4 tilt pins and one balance shoe. The plastic interior piece has broken off the lock and unable to release the lock and open the door. Is there a way to get the handle off without damaging the handle? I's appreciate your response ASAP as I cannot access my deck at this time.
