Looking to replace balances on a Pella single hung non tilting window. Balance removed is 26 9/16 long and is stamped with 2640. I would like to order 10 balances.

I need this spiral balance with this clip that is in picture on the end . The balance measures 23.5" and is the 5/8" diameter. If you can help with the color would help but I believe it is either white or yellow.

Never seen one quite like this... Looks like a button is missing at the top but the cylinder is in the bottom section of the pull. Is there an equivalent trim that can be installed? Thanks Phil

Need to replace an MBC storm door mortise latch, it appears they installed a latch set that should be for a slider and I have a swinging door, plus it sticks. Photos attached.

I have a Single Hung Vinyl Window manufactured by SEASONSHIELD where the tilt latch has broken. I am in need of two sets of replacement balances measuring 20 11/16 inches. I also need one set of replacement balances measuring 26 5/8 inches. Photos are attached of my existing balances.

Does this hardware come in the brownish color ? I have at least 1 bad Truth window crank and need a replacement that will fit.
