In need of a hook latch for a 411 Glass Sliding Patio Door. The door is manufactured by Swisco. I bought the house new in 2017. I,m looking for a replacement channel balance, 2 I guess. It is in a Milgard non tilting window. The metal part of the channel measures 27". Need 2 ea. replacement door rollers. They are labeled 'Product of Del Mar Eng Co.' and the patent number is hard to make out but I believe it reads 'Pat. 7 670 557'. The dimensions are 1&7/16" in height, 2 1/8" in length, with a 1&1/8" diameter wheel. Thanks!

These roller are from Superior Aluminum Window products that used to be manufactured in the Los Angeles area. These windows were installed in the 90's. The brass wheels are 9/16" diameter, the part is 2-1/8" long and looking at the edge of the wheel the entire part is 1/4" wide. What would you sugg ... (cont.)

Hi, Last week you guys recognized my obscure pivot bars and sent me replacements. I was astonished. Now, it gets hardest. Turns out the coil balances are also broken on both sides in two windows. Can the attached photos give you a clue as to what I need?Thanks,BG
