My home is close to 40 years old. And the windows were all made By a company called Heritage; at least what i think the lable i dent you may say. Heritage Now known as Andersen/heritage glass I believe, doesn't want to help me at all. I sent them similair pictures and they said their just to busy. ... (cont.)

Hello, I purchased one of your crank operators 39-344 and it is slightly different from the one I am replacing. The picture below shows the old crank and new crank but there is a raised lip on the new crank that gets in the way that the old one doesn't have. (It almost looks like the lip on the o ... (cont.)

I pulled it out just trying to make sure I get the right balances. It's 3/8 dianmeter and 29 inches long.

This piece is not broken. The other side is. This allows the window to slide right over top of the channel balance

Handle base is one inch wide and 6 1/2 inched long with screw holes on both sides of the door. The handle is 2 and 1/2 inches from top screw hole. The only ID I can find is Allan. Also interested in a new closer for this door.

I am looking for replacement parts for these three items. The "tilt knob" operates the tilt latch. The tilt bar allows the window to come down and the cam is what the tilt bar slides into.
